"Shelton ambassador hotel blue area"

On reaching rezidor, the manager told us that he did not receive any booking (even though we had a confirmation email from booking.com)and said they were full so he shifted us to Shelton ambassador in blue area saying it had 4 star matching facilities. The room had 2 double beds so that was the only thing that suited us having 2 kids with us.

For the amount they charged the facilities were minimum and food quality was average.they didn't even have in-house minibar or tea coffee facilities in-house saying it had to be ordered from their restaurant. They had a buffet breakfast but would rate the taste 5/10. Overall a disappointing episode so we checked out after one night.
