Contact with owner. While booking asked the owner of it’s ok if we come a 1h later due to force majeure, recieved auto response and were waiting for another message. Send few messages later to them but again auto response (around 6pm), so we came 30 mins later after midnight without any communication and just kissed the door. Called, messaged, emailed - no response even after 3 months. Good luck

The place is beautiful, but the room was so small.

They don’t have wifi. In 3 days we stayed there it was not working.

The location is great - Close to the city center as well as the train station. It wasn't too loud either. Shopping mall is nearby too. The room was spacious. Bed was quite big and comfortable. Apartment was big. There was one bathroom with bathtub and shower head and toilet and another 2 separate toilets. Room was equipped with air conditioning, one wardrobe with 3 hangers, table and chair. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully equipped with everything you might need.

We weren't provided with clear instructions from the beginning of our stay. When we wanted to get our keys, we couldn't get them because they weren't located in the correct lock box. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. When we arrived to the apartment, it wasn't exactly cleanest, but I understand that it was probably caused by other guests as well, but there was some dust and hair in the bathroom. There was a strange smell in the common area. The hair dryer is terrible. Bathroom only includes bathtub which isn't the best in my opinion. We were only given 1 towel per person and even though I asked for another one and we were supposed to get it, we never did. Towels smelled badly. There wasn't any towel for your hands in any of the bathrooms. I think the room was great as it was newly renovated but it was quite empty and could've easily been equipped with more furniture to make it look nicer. Worst thing in my opinion was the fact that the wifi didn't work AT ALL. We luckily only stayed for 2 days and it was apparently caused by issues on provider's side, but when I reached out to the owner, I was told the issue will be solved within 24 hours, which didn't happen.
