Greek hospitality at its best. The owner made every effort to make arrival seamless and straightforward. Excellent location to visit Ionnina historical center by foot. Near enough to visit everything with two kids 4 and 7, far enough to be quiet. Excellent for small families.

It doesn't come with a view from the balcony, but that's ok.

The host was very helpful and kind.

It's a wonderful apartment neat the center and the old town, in a walking distance from the boats to the island. Extremely comfortable and with all the conviniences for a stay. It has a large living room with two large folding sofas and a long balcony with table and chairs if you want to eat in the open. There is a small kitchen but it's supplied with whatever you need. There is a capsule coffee machine and a kit for a Greek coffee. The bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is nice and very clean. We felt very welcome. The communication with the host was easy and very helpful. If we visit Ioannina once again, we'll choose this exact apartment.
