"extrêmement décevant, énorme décalage entre l'annonce et la réalité"

la proximité de la gare, du passage à niveau et de la voie ferrée l'absence d'équipements prévus (lave-linge, prises pour le micro-onde et la bouilloire) la porte d'entrée qui ferme mal de l'extérieur la cour qui n'est pas un patio particulier mais une cour d'immeuble avec d'un côté l'arrière cuisine d'un restaurant et de l'autre des habitants qui passent tous les jours par notre "terrasse" (aucune calme, aucune intimité) le refus de la propriétaire à entendre nos plaintes et notre déception
