Loved the unit, very comfortable and clean. Great location and awesome view of the gulf. King & Queen beds were very comfy!! We intentionally left a vlue floral beach chair, turqouise quad chair and rainbow beach umbrella. Perhaps they may be helpful for future guests. Thanks Rich & Kelly!

Staff seemed to be confused at check in desk. Security sent us upstairs to check in and get luggage cart. One lady at desk told us there was no elevator - only stairs when trying to get cart. Hmmm! Another lady came over and directed us to the elevator. Also, gave us an orange, paper wrist band and expected it to last & keep on the entire time. Paper - Really? Didn't use bunk beds. However, felt the lower mattress. It is thin; may work for a small child but wouldn't be comfy for a larger child or small to med-sized adult.

All very nice, very clean, highly recommended

All the staff very friendly and respectful except the two women at the reception, very rude and not very nice, seemed to be angry all the time

The views were out of this world! I really enjoyed the fact that I could stay in the same vicinity as my adult children and granddaughter.

The elevators were always crowded and it took a while to get up to the 28th floor. The smaller room with the bunk beds had only a curtain. It would have been nice to have a door.

On the beach

The elevators took up to 22 min at some point. The prices were very high for non alcoholic 12$ per drink. Closed umbrellas even when it wasn’t storming. Wind only. And if u didn’t go at 730am there was a 25 people deep line for umbrellas. The parking was good and check in and out was easy. This room had a great view. It was clean and neat
