We enjoyed our stay a lot, the best sea view ever, very comfortable and clean appartment and bathroom , delicious breakfast, we would definitely with a pleasure return. Verry friendly stuff. Great place.

"Ideales Hotel für den Urlaub zu zweit am Strand"

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Man brauchte nur über eine Fahrrad-/Fußgängerstraße und war direkt am Strand. In direkter Umgebung ausreichend Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. Das Zentrum und die Fußgängerzone Follonicas sind nur einen gemütlichen 2km-Spaziergang entfernt. Das Frühstück war halt typisch italienisch. Kaffee, Espresso, Croissants mit verschiedenen Füllungen, Obstsalat mit Joghurt oder Mascarpone und Säften. Aber alles sehr lecker und ausreichend vorhanden.

Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr wären nicht schlecht.

"Bella struttura direttamente sul lungomare"

Struttura di recente ristrutturazione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi e balcone completo di divanetti e sedie per godersi la vista sul golfo di Follonica. Aria condizionata efficace, presente anche un divano letto, Smart-TV, frigobar, macchina caffè con capsule e bollitore. Personale giovane, molto professionale e simpatico; ottima colazione compresa nel prezzo da consumare nel bar-ristorante sottostante.

Cuscini rigidi e tende inadeguate: troppo spesse per la privacy ma non oscuranti.

Sehr schönes Familienzimmer über der Bar, direkt zur Promenade gelegen. Blick auf das Meer. Gute Ausstattung, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Kühlschrank könnte größer sein.
