6th DOOR HOUSE

For us, family (2 adults + 2 kids), in late October, it was a perfect match. Good space, clean, equipped for self-catering, clean sheets and towels. Bottles of water in the refrigerator and other things left for cooking (like salt and olive oil) and cleaning.

Others complained - we don't. About the area – it is clean and quiet, nice people on the street, kids’ playground and parc across the street, walking distance to centre and train station, 13 € taxi from airport. About the bathroom, being adjacent to the master bedroom, people staying in the living room/kitchen having to pass thru the bedroom – well, most of the apartments like this have the bathroom adjacent to one of the rooms, usually the living room; if privacy is a problem, you can get two rooms with two bathrooms in a hotel. About the AC, being only in the bedroom – it is a powerful one, and it is directed towards the living room; another AC in living would be problematic, as the external unit cannot be mounted on the façade. About the smell – it’s an old building, I think the guest left the right amount of room perfume, they did the best. About noises in the house’s entryway – we only heard once the neighbours, they simply came home and they were talking, normal neighbours. About noises on the street – it’s a mandatory air vent for room with gas (cooking and heating), that’s where the noise came; and in was not much of a problem. About the price… well, after the pandemic, this was a good price.

Convenient. Close to train station and park with huge playground.

Impossible for non italians to operate tv as it is in italian. The living room has a gas heated boiler that makes noise which impacts sleep.

Wasn’t a very well equipped kitchen and some pots needed cleaning before use

Apartment is well equipped and spacious (we are a family of 4). Owner is easy to reach via whatsapp in case of any issue Location is also good. Close to the station and 20 min walk to pisa tower

Neighborhood is not so nice as it is close to the station, but seems safe.

The flat was clean

Wrong information , only 1 room had AC and we struggled a lot in this scorching heat. I asked for a fan and they did not provide .
