Świetna lokalizacja, z okien widok na ocean i panoramę Garachico, obok domu zejście schodami na plażę i do zatoczki, gdzie można się przy dobrej pogodzie opalać i kąpać, łatwy dojazd i blisko do większości okolicznych ciekawych miejsc i miejscowości. Mieszkanie bardzo piękne, dobrze urządzone - tak pod siebie. Wszystko jest przemyślane, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona i samo mieszkanie bardzo ciekawe - ogromne okno i pokój/ogród zimowy, balkony, taras wewnętrzny. Cudowne miejsce.
