"Disappointing"

It was clean

Insufficient cooking facilities,no racks in oven,no toaster,no kettle.contacted host about issues he said he’d get back to me and didn’t ,noise from other residents in property was horrendous,no sleep at all during stay

"It was so bad I checked into the premier inn which was £10 more!"

Nothing.

Bathroom was not clean and in poor condition. The condition of the flat did not match the description. There was a horrible smell in the flat. The front door was barely secure!
