EVa's Luxury Apartments No 4

It’s a lovely modern apartment, very nicely decorated and well equipped for short or long stay. I loved the fuzzy pink blanket and large balcony! (screen doors a plus) The host was helpful with checkin instructions and very responsive. The beach is beautiful, clear water and not crowded with a couple beach bar / restaurants nearby. The area is very mellow, a short taxi ride to Artemida.

I arrived late and the building had an eerie deserted feeling, no lights on inside or out. Also there wasn’t much cell reception—make sure to screenshot the instructions to get in! Unlocking the apartment door was a little tricky, it took several tries to finally open it. I was excited about the bathtub, but there’s no drain cover (I used duct tape to block it 😅), then discovered the water still wasn’t hot—you need to preheat for minimum of 15 minutes. And the water overflowed a drain hole on the floor when it was draining afterward 🙈 Bedroom curtains are transparent and there is some road noise, but not too bad.

Clean and well maintained. Host very nice and responds quickly to any inquiries. Overall, it was a great experience. 5 stars for sure

I have no complaints. I recommend it to everyone.

A really nice place with AC in both rooms. It was nice to have electric shutters on every window, helped a lot with the heat. The kitchen was nicely equipped. It was very kind to prepare some small basic food for us for our arrival (juice, pasta, cereals etc). The communication was very easy. The beach is literally a few steps away. The baby cot that we requested was clean and of good quality.

We stayed for 4 nights. Immaculately clean apartment in excellent location for the beach (just a walk down the side of the apartment) Our host was extremely helpful, answering messages quickly and helped print out our boarding passes which were late to arrive. A few restaurants in the immediate area or a short walk away.

Nothing relating to the apartment but do go prepared for mosquitos if sitting on the balcony in the evening.

It’s not bad, approx 45 min bus ride from Athens airport. Only bad thing was it was raining and puddles on the road. Nothing to do with hostess or apartment.

My personal preference is a night table in the bedroom and possibly a little table for toiletries in the bathroom. Everything else was beautiful.

The staff/proprietor went beyond to make my stay as good as possible!

My departure was very early, thus it being dark and there being no hallway lighting made it rather uncomfortable and somewhat dangerous!

the room was great: good repair, comfortable bed and sofa for sleeping, air conditioner in every room, big terrace for slow breakfast

The WLAN in the room was not very good.
