USThe place was beautiful and spacious, location was great right in the middle of everything and just a few blocks from the beach. Owner was very nice and very easy to work with. Was able to communicate with them on any issues which we didn’t have any but was glad to know she was a call away.
The garage was too small to fit a full size truck, and very tight to back into driveway due to wall in alley.
USVery modern. Surprisingly serene for the location. Very comfortable. Would definitely book it again.
For a group with multiple cars, there are some parking challenges, but that is to be expected. No other quibbles at all.

USUpon entering, it was very clear that much care has been put into maintaining the place and ensuring everything matched the expectations of guests. Everything was new and in pristine condition, the bedrooms were spacious and very clean, and the large balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset. Very quiet and welcoming home.
The stairs going up were a little narrow, but this is not the fault of the owner, just the building itself. There is an elevator available too. Regardless, it is very traversable and worth the place!
