Clean facility. Included clothes washer. Had free WiFi. Had a sari-sari store basically next door. BBQ place down the street was nice as were other sari-sari convenience stores. Also, a small hibachi bbq stand was included alongside an easy to clean outdoor kitchen.

Noisy neighbors (including a puppy that barked and cried at 5-6am in the morning almost daily and non-stop). Location was too far away from Ayala Mall and other shopping areas. Location was also hard to locate with some taxi drivers. We had to use our GPS to show them how to get back to the condo.

"The owners are just great to deal with."

The owners were great with everything. They actually installed hot water for the shower which was important for me. The house has two bedrooms, living room with TV an indoor kitchen sink and separate bath room. The cooking area is outside and covered. There is an outdoor sink as well. There are pots, pans and dishes. Cabinets throughout. The owners provided propane for cooking and bottled water for drinking. The property has water for washing, etc. There is also a washing machine which is really useful a gated driveway and a small BBQ grill. The property is located in a nice residential area.

The only negative which we had to get used to was the neighborhood dogs. The strays as well as the owned dogs bark and fight...a lot. There is some construction during the day as some units are being remodeled. None of this is under control of the owners.
