Excellent location, short walking distance from the town center, and 2 min to free parking. Large apartment, well supplied. Very helpful host Roberta, who responds quickly to communications and went out of her way to help me when I had a problem.

Everything was great

Clean, very well decorated, had plenty of facilities, plates cups etc in abundance. Kettle was good, microwave was good. Provided milk , bottles of water and breakfast cereal. Bed was comfortable, shower was good water pressure and hot.

I have stayed in many properties in Spoleto; I am a foreigner currently living in le Marche and, as I have no car, I travel via train to Rome and break my journey in Spoleto because of the difficulties of public transport where I live (it's a two day journey to Rome from my home). This is easily, far away, the nicest accommodation I have stayed in; the space inside the apartment is literally larger than my tiny 3 room, 15th century tower house and, well, it has everything you could possibly want. Roberta has furnished the apartment so carefully and thoughtfully; it is truly remarkable - and very, very clean. Other reviewers have commented on what is supplied, for example, in the kitchen area; it is the same in the bathroom. The bedroom is very large with enormous wardrobe space so, if you were wanting to stay for longer than a few days, this is the place for you. The area around the apartment is quiet (although there are renovations going on during the day nearby) and it is an easy walk of 20-30 minutes from the train station (if you are fit and travelling light). The apartment is upstairs so, if you are vertically challenged, this may not be the place for you; however, it is a lovely way - if you are travelling in Italy and want to shift away from staying in hotels and b&bs - for you to settle at the end of each day, watch television, cook a meal, have a glass of wine, shop for groceries...all of those things that can make travel in a different place such a thrill. Communication with Roberta is so easy; sometimes, I have found in other accommodation that checking in can be such a trial with multiple complicated instructions, or waiting for someone to let you in, or feeling unsafe as you discover the realities of what you have booked. NONE of this is the case here; I have stayed here twice, and would happily stay here again. I need to add that I am a single woman and, if you are too, this is really a good place for you to feel happy and relaxed.

Nothing not to like. As stated above, a nearby building is being renovated; however, Italian laws are strict about the starting and finishing times of noisy work and, thus, if you are away during the day, you will not be bothered. Renovation work is quite common; I encountered nearby renovations in two different apartments in two different cities in two days. If you want to avoid it entirely, you may need to search the countryside; however, this could mean that you miss out on the simple joys of shopping in nearby grocers, or walking back from dinner at a restaurant, and feeling 'at home' in this lovely country.

Very good location, could park in the street below, hostess Roberta was very helpful, apartment was very well equipped and spacious for the two of us.

Unfortunately the apartment block adjacent was a building site with noise, but only after 8 am.

There is nothing to not like. It's a great apartment. The owner provides all the little details (band aids, hair dryer, etc, etc) that you may not want to bring or forgot. The apartment is new or nearly new. Beautifully furnished and decorated. A hip vibe to it. One flight up. A few min walk to the core of old town. I'll probably go back to it when I attend the arts festival in summer.

Seems to be the practice for beds to be memory foam. It doesn't work for me. But probably newish and may work great for you.

Very beautiful and cozy flat with all the amenities you need. The host was very kind and available for any request or support. 5 min walk to the old town.

nice apartment, close to the city centre, free parking at 200 mt, supermarket at walking distance. The apartment is confortable, with some products for breakfast, coffee, tea, milk on the fridge, and a very good bottle of bubbly wine to celebrate the new year. Pet friendly. highly recommended
