Apt The V home

Location is perfect, just few steps to the beach. Apartment was absolutely perfect, clean, bright, comfy bed, kitchen was well equipped - oven, microvawe, dishwasher, coffee machine and lot od other useful stuff. There were clean towels to change, nice clean bathroom, good shower, also washing-machine. Nice front garden, easy check-in. We felt safe.

Even though the apartment was excellent, I have to say one thing that made us upset during the whole stay - we had problem with cockroaches. I know there are a lot of them on the island and even the apartment was clean, but we had some cockroaches in front of the apartment and unfortunately also inside the room. This was quite stressfull and annoying. Everything else was just perfect.

Perfect location, really secure and private. The beach is round the corner (the bank is steep but we didn’t mind at all), there is a small supermarket on the corner of the street too. The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed - iron, ironing board, washing machine (pull out drying rack outside with pegs) mop bucket, sweeping brush, usb plugs in the walls, crockery, cutlery etc, Nespresso coffee machine. The list is endless. Having air con was great! The fruit and a big bottle of water were a lovely touch too. We will definitely be back, it’s a real home from home. The neighbours were all friendly.

Nothing! The only downside was having to leave and come home

We had a wonderful stay in the "gem" of an apartment. The host was really accommodating, nothing to much trouble and really easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Puerto Del Carman, from a really well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom/shower to chairs and a sun brolly for the beach. 200 meters from numerous bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. Beautiful design. Quiet neighborhood, but the action and the beach is only 200 m. away. Nice sunny terrace. Good beds, great shower. Would go there again.

The property was in a perfect location to visit old snd new town clean and in a nice quiet complex Naoimi the owner was quick to reply to any questions we had we will be back for sure

The location was perfect, plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, lovely houses and gardens and 5 minutes walk from a lovely beach. The apartment was beautifully kitted out and cosy and we felt completely at home and secure during our stay.

Excellent apartment close to the main areas but really peacefully tucked away. Very comfortable apartment on quiet complex. Great Terrace. Naomi was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was perfect but it would be great to have a separate clothes airer as the fixed one supplied in the outside cupboard was too small. It would be perfect if you didn’t intend to do washing on holiday.
