"Not warm"

It was a nice location. We liked the town of Oakhurst, it had all the amenities you could want. After a snowstorm, a local gentleman checked on us to see if we needed help getting our car out.

The heater took over 12 hours to heat the home to a comfortable temperature. The mini wall unit kept shutting off to defrost and there were no curtains over the back side of the house to keep cold air out. We did text them about the lack of heat and they responded, "it takes awhile". Also, there were no tools to help us get our car out of the snow, not even a broom to clean the windows of snow.
