"Good place to rent."

The house is very clean, comfortable, and with essential items for short or long stays. The location is good enough.

My main issue with the place was it's pretty cold. I was there late Nov, and I was freezing in the evening. In the morning, outside was much warmer than indoor too. In additional, There are some small things: the bedroom door isn't working. The shower head cannot turn and leave very small space to stand, wasted the nice shower area in the bathroom. Highly suggest the landlord try to stand in the shower to test it and improve.
