Perfect location

Great central location, comfortable beds and good facilities.

Top floor bathroom on the snug side

Good location, large dining room for family meals

Basic amenities, no hairdryer, no cot, no dishwasher, lack of space to dry towels etc. Garden was totally overgrown we had to get help to cut back a large rose bush in order to even get to the back door. Shared parking with neighbours who were very friendly and accommodating, on road parking hit and miss good paid car park within walking distance. The main bathroom was prone to frequent smell of cigarette smoke and weed presumably from neighbouring property, not pleasant with an infant.

Clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable also.

The outside area was over grown and it looked like there had been a blockage in the drain before we came. Bits of dried up toilet paper all stuck to the slabs near the back door.

Location and facilities, it was ideal for us in the centre of Cromer as we were taking part in the Weavers 50k Race.

Just very minor points, it would be useful to have the number 23 on the back gate so it’s easier to find, the garden needs a bit of a tidy and a bin in each bathroom.
