La Sea Vue Goa

It was a pleasant stay. The location is very close to Candolim Beach, which is a big advantage. Considering the price you pay, it offers great value for money. Although it's a homestay, the property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for long-term holidays or anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing stay near the beach.

Entrance and staircase not comfortable

Only good thing about this property is it's proximity to the beach.

Everything. They do not have power back up. So once power is gone, you've to get boiled in your room. If you raise the concern to the owner lady, she'll tell you fans are working. So you book an AC deluxe room and the owner says fans are working. We wanted to check the room before paying, but again the arrogant owner said we can show room only once the payment is done. Fair enough, after paying when we checked in the sheets were dirty. There were hair all over the pillow covers which they "claimed that they changed before we checked in". The owner lady won't have time to listen to your problems. She'll be more attentive to foreign guests, who ofcourse will be spending in dollars at her roof top kitchen where basic meals are overpriced. Caution: Don't go for the reviews. We did the same mistake. When we enquired with the locals they informed that the previous owner was very good and most of the positive reviews are for them. This new lady owner behaves like Nita Ambani Lite.

Had a very good stay at La Sea Vue Goa. Everything was top notch! We stayed in the sea facing room and it was very spacious and luxurious, especially for the price, we were pleasantly surprised that the room was that luxurious! The location was top notch, just few steps away from Candolim beach, so it was easy to get to and fro the beach. The staff and especially the owner were very nice and helpful, and answered all the questions and fulfilled all the requests that we had. I loved that the customer service had a very personal touch to it, making it feel like home. Breakfast on their cozy rooftop restaurant was great and very affordable, we did not have lunch or dinner but breakfast was great and the restaurant had a nice beach view too. Amenities were great for the price. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone going to Candolim, have stayed at several properties nearby in my visits to Goa and this one was definitely the best and amazing value for money, great customer service too!

Our stay was fantastic all the staff were great and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a few teething problems in our first apartment, but everything was sorted out as soon as mentioned. We had an extended stay due to our Qatar flight being cancelled, and the owners moved us into an upgraded room at the same room rate prices our previous room It was really nice of them and made our unexpected 16 extra night stay very comfortable. The breakfasts were lovely, and there was a great view from the breakfast area.
