Only the bed was fine for sleeping. The check-in process was smooth.

They didn't provide the room key saying they don't have any room key. If we have to go out, we have to go without locking the room, their staff saying that they have a camera in their corridor, which I found very poor service from the hotel. No safety. Moreover the room was not smelling good. Few electrical points are broken. The shower sprinkler was not there. Overall dissatisfied with the stay in hotel.
