Spacious 2 Bdrm plus Loft with 2 bathrooms

Breakfast was N/A, as it was not included. The location was great. Near Turtle Bay/Beach and on the North Shore. It was nice to stay up there, as it was not as crowded as some areas on Oahu. It was close to the PCC, Waimea Valley, Haleiwa, and good beaches and snorkeling areas. The rooms cooled down quickly with the fans and room A/Cs. Hosts/management was great to work with.

The loft area was warm and did not cool down as quickly as the other rooms. It was especially warm in the latter part of the day, when the dryer was being used, and for sleeping; although by about 2 am, it had cooled down significantly. The property was generally clean overall but could use a deep cleaning throughout for dust, cobwebs, etc. The guest towels had a mildewy smell and could use a bleach wash. One issue we had was that payment could not be processed by credit card. We had to pay via Venmo or Zelle. This was not made clear in the advertisement of the property.

Never heard from Menehune-Mgt after we checked out. Gave them ample time, phone class and the following email: Menehune Management/Natalie - Booking.com is requesting a review. Prior to submitting one I am looking for resolution of the refund. (As of June 30, 3025 we have heard nothing.) Four days of six we had issues with the roofing. Debri fell on us. No person came to clean up. I did not vacuum it up as I wanted you or others to see it. Security Codes: Had to phone you for entrance to front door - code was changed on pool and sport court. Ocean view indicated - none to speak of. Televisions did not work. Bathroom door downstairs delaminating. Upstairs bathroom needs light bulb to be replaced above shower. Lighting to stairs is a safety issue. Overall a tired condo in need of makeover. My expectation is that you will respond to my message by tomorrow. NO RESPONSE
