The location is great, very close to the airport

The accommodation was ideal, very warm, comfortable and was equipped with everything I needed to cook with, sleep, store my equipment, entertain myself and an ideal Base for my holiday. The first part of the accommodation is the entrance and has a sink, lots of shelving for storing my fell walking equipment and makes an ideal drying room for wet boots and gear. The living room has a lovely well equipped kitchenette, table, sofa, large TV with YouTube, Netflix, Disney channel, music channels and more. It was decorated lovely, spacious, very warm and very comfortable. Bathroom has toilet, sink, shower and equipped with all you needed, including Toiletries, towels, facecloths and toilet rolls. The bedroom had a double bed with very clean and warm bedding and I had great sleeps every night. All in all, it was perfect and I could not fault the accommodation.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Friendly host. Was the perfect location to stay on our last day/evening before an early morning flight, so we didn't have to drive all the way from Reykjavik. The place has everything you need, actually it has the most things of all the places we stayed in within similar price range, TV, couch, full bathroom, small kitchen. Also the room is a repurposed garage, very cool and spacey.

I really recommend this apartment to all who prefer place for sleeping and relaxation without any special needs

Very clean cottage. Comfy bed. Cute decor. Roomy.

The raised bed is a bit awkward getting in and out of since you have to use a step stool. In the middle of the night, I had to crawl over my hubby, find the stool and then step down a couple feet. It’s perfectly doable, but as a senior citizen it’s something to be aware of.

The bed is quite high and requires a step stool to get up. It was manageable for us but not for anyone with a handicap.

The personal service is excellent. The owner goes out of his way to make everything possible. A great location for a 2 night stopover- with the local thermal bath nearby. We had a great time.
