Le personnel à l’accueil était accueillant et nous n’avons pas trop attendu pour avoir nos clés aussi lors de nos échanges via WhatsApp. Ils ont été réactifs.

Lors de notre réservation, nous avons pris connaissance d’une photo accompagnée des dimensions précises pour le stationnement bien que toutes ces dimensions soient exactes un poteau situé à proximité empêche la manœuvre correcte rend l’accès impossible pour tout véhicule sauf pour une petite voiture .Cela a considérablement compliqué notre arrivée, nous avons contacté le service clientèle pour exprimer notre problème et demander une solution mais aucune option nous a été proposée. Nous avons donc été contraint de payer un parking à proximité ce qui été d’autant plus frustrant en pleine période estivale ou les places gratuites sont rares. Nous sommes mécontents de cette situation et espérant que vous pourrez prendre en compte notre retour d’expérience. Cordialement MENINI Sandra
