The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule: Airport to hotel: 10:45, 11:30, 12:30, 13:45, 16:00 and 18:00 – every day from 10:45 to 18:00. Hotel to airport: 08:00, 10:30 and 13:00 – every day from 08:00 to 13:00. All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Guests must notify the property of their meal reservation request in advance. 1. A guarantee deposit of VND 1,000,000 per night is required upon arrival to cover incidental expenses and possible damages. The unused amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. 2. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve gala dinners are included for stays on 24 December and 31 December, depending on your booking. Please contact the property for more details. 3. Important Arrival Notice – Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) All foreign travelers must complete the online pre-arrival declaration before entering Vietnam: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn/ After submission, you will receive a QR code to present at immigration.
