The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule: Airport to hotel: 10:45, 11:30, 12:30, 13:45, 16:00 and 18:00 – every day from 10:45 to 18:00. Hotel to airport: 08:00, 10:30 and 13:00 – every day from 08:00 to 13:00. All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Guests must notify the property of their meal reservation request in advance. 1. A guarantee deposit of VND 1,000,000 per night is required upon arrival to cover incidental expenses and possible damages. The unused amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. 2. Локация находится в пешей доступности от центра без толп туристов. Два бассейна: на крыше и на первом этаже. Есть бесплатный трансфер в другой отель, где можно отдохнуть на пляже со всеми активностями и выключенными полотенцами и лежаками.

Плохая шумоизоляция в номере, будьте готовы всю ночь слушать лай собак, а потом утренних петухов. В течение нашего отдыха также проходил ремонт дороги, а это значит, что с самого раненного утра начинались работы. Сильно повлияло на отдых, так как изначально мы выбирали отель в отдалении от центра города как раз, чтобы было меньше шума. В категорию нашего номера входила опция executive lounge, о которой мы узнали уже при выселении. Хотя, при check in я уточняла дополнительно информацию у сотрудника отеля. Во время пребывания из номера пропала моя повязка для сна. В последствие ее вернули, без каких-либо изменений

Unfortunately during our stay here I had food poisoning from trusting a takeaway restaurant at Ho Chi Minh airport. The staff did their best to help and the hotel had amazing facilities to keep us occupied while staying within the grounds. The location is great and the building is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

The TV was too old to have any sort of streaming services. But I’m just being picky since I was stuck in the room a lot.

Wonderful hotel & amenities — food, service, room, the entire property was comfortable and welcoming - we had excellent massages and booked a private tour day as well.

"Fantastic refuge in Hoi An"

All the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, as were the 2 pools and lobby. The quality of the breakfast was superb.

There should be more lounge chairs in the pools.
