Amazing 2 bedroom apartment and the host was SO kind and communicative! They also honored a request for a late checkout which was very much appreciated. The apartment itself is beautiful and so comfortable and clean. The host has also gone over and above be to provide all kinds of amenities and luxuries include a bathrobe, an array of toiletries, coffee, a welcoming bottle of wine - all of which were such a welcoming touch. The host was also so quick to respond to any questions and so welcoming - honestly could not have been more happy!

The location is on the outskirts of downtown Philly so doesn't have much for groceries or restaurants nearby - which was ok since we were only there for a night. It did get a little noisy at night with sounds coming through the ceiling from upstairs, and some from outside. Otherwise the apartment was really beautiful and such a comfortable stay!

Overall the property was nice cute clean everything was up to date and had everything you would need . The host also was very nice and allowed us a free late check out because we took good care of their property. 10/10

The neighbors downstairs were rude they banged on the ceiling and we weren’t even being loud or anything.

"It was easy to get to Penn's pier, rocky statue, stadiums and downtown."

I knew we were in north Philly, it seemed like we were about 10 blocks from the really bad parts of Philly. After a few days, it was safe we had no incidents and would stay there again. But I wish I had a better understanding of where it was. I was caught off guard. But again, I would stay there again because you can tell the neighborhood is coming up!
