Casa Orchidea - The Fab Stay

Spacious for two couples with plenty of room for having our own space. Very clean and tidy apartment which is within 5 minutes walk of the train station. Walking distance to the promenade / harbour area and plenty of places to dine. The host’s communication was timely and helped us with recommendations of places for dining. Would definitely recommend.

Location

Very basic not well equipped. Poor outside area. Toilet flush not working properly . Poor second bedroom.

Great location close to the main street with shops and restaurants and the train station. The decor in the living room was also nice and kitchen fully stocked.

The front door is directly at the street so it was loud even at night, with cars passing. There's also some construction work next door and loud neighbours so it was difficult to get some sleep for both nights. The bedroom TV didn't have any signal so couldn't watch anything.

Great apartment and great hosts!

The location is great, 5 mins to the railway station, 2 mins to a supermarket etc. The apartment is clean, air conditioning works perfectly, and Mari is just super responsive and simply fantastic as a contact, it felt like we had our own travel agent looking after us - thank you so much!

Hot water didn't work at first BUT it was fixed immediately, the service from Mari & the team is excellent. For cooking at home it was a bit tricky to first find all the utensils and as we are a family of 5 some items were not there for all. We managed though!

It's spacious, great location walking distance from the train station, it was easy to access and the little terrace was a cute plus! Wifi worked good. Good communication with the owner and they came in time to pick up the keys, it was nice.

We were 5 and there wasn't enough chairs for all of us to have breakfast together. Small issue with hot water, sometimes it worked sometimes not. Advice for the travelers outside of Italy, the have different Electric outlets in this part of Italy, it works fine for phone chargers but won't fit for PC charger for example and this property had only one adapter (Originally used in kitchen for appliences)
