On the site, passes included in price

Grubby.. didn’t seemed to be have cleaned properly especially as it’s a pet friendly van was dog hair everywhere and marks up walls - was wipeable and just needed a good hoover. Was also a really weird smell in there. On arrival we noticed no passes so had to collect them from reception ourselves- so we had no welcome pack

Whole place is lovely

owner very thoughtful. t towels,washing up liquid, cloth and salt and pepper,and loo rolls all there. Good instructions for heating etc,and directions to caravan. It was really nice to get a personal message from owner wishing us a great break,good weather and journey.

it would have been nice to have had some info on the actual site in caravan.

I was more than happy

Location was great. Owner is superb with communication and arranging park passes etc. Caravan is little old with some holes and chips on the walls but that didn't affect the stay at all. Measures have been taken to keep the place tidy. It has literally got everything. Kitchen has spoons, bowls, pans, wrapping paper, cling film, glasses, salt, dishwashing soap. Bathrooms have handwash. Lounge has an electric heater and bedrooms have central heating with Boost option which is great. Place has a balcony with garden furniture so can spend time in the evening sitting outside. Caravan also has a tap outside fitted by the stairs. Parking isnt very far from the Caravan but some people arent very generous as they park in a way that a spot for 3 cars can be used by 2 cars only.

I personally felt the beds were too soft maybe time to change the mattresses otherwise everything was fine. Few recommendations: probably some extra toilet paper rolls and couple of bin bags would help. 1 roll for two toilets and a single bin bag finishes very quickly. Fortunately supermarkets aren't far so its still manageable.

The caravan was clean, yes it's an older caravan but that is definitely reflected in the price. The host was helpful when we had a tiny issue with one of the passes. The location was great ,a nice quiet area of the park.

Nothing, the stay was perfect

Good value for money, it was lovely inside and nicely furnished. It was clean and tidy.
