3 Bedroom Home Near Windsor Castle, Legoland, & Heathrow

The property was close to LEGOLAND but that was the only good thing.

The entire property was dirty, not cleaned, the home was not up to standard. There was children’s drawings on the bed, the cupboards and blinds were broken. The beds were built poorly and very creaky. We paid a cleaning fee however the property was not clean. There was hair in the drains, to the point that the water couldn’t go down. When we arrived, we were stuck outside for 1hr as the lockbox did not open. When someone arrived, they did not even apologise, they were rude and cold.

The cleaner was still in property when we arrived,after a 2 hr delay in check in anyway,had to wait a further 2 hrs, spoke to landlord who apologised and said he would send us some vouchers for the in convenience as 9 of us had a long drive,they must be lost in post as they haven't arrived over a week later ha ha,not a clean property to be honest from all kinds of aspects,if the owners put abit money in to it this could be a lovely hoilday home and get some better reviews =more stays and returns= more ££££££
