Terrasse mit sehr guter Aussicht. Ausstattung der Wohnung ok.

Ausstattung der Wohnung wenig geschmackvoll (Plastikblumen, kitschige Bilder), kein guter Frühstückservice (in Plastik eingepacktes Gebäck, niemand anwesend), schwierige Kommunikation mit Vermieterin über whatsapp (nicht anwesend), trotz Nennung als Ausstattungsmerkmal keine Waschmaschine in Wohnung vorhanden (nach längerer Diskussion war Benutzung einer externen Waschmaschine möglich). Die Wohnung liegt unterhalb des Castellos. Es müssen viele Stufen (auch bereits im Dorf) genommen werden, um sie zu erreichen. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Gepäck muss über die Stufen selbst transportiert werden. Nicht barrierefrei! Parkplatz nicht in der Nähe der Wohnung, sondern am anderen Ende des Dorfes.

Our stay at B&B L’Arenaria was absolutely wonderful. The host was incredibly kind, warm and attentive, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and delicious options. We did the hike from Pietrapertosa to Castelmezzano, known as the Path of the Seven Stones, and it was truly amazing. The views were breathtaking and the sunsets in the mountains were unforgettable. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

L'appartamento abbastanza grande, con spazi comodi e un balcone esterno che mette in risalto la bellezza del borgo... insomma, una casa caratteristica della zona. Colazione varia e abbondante. Presenta tutti i servizi utili al soggiorno. La proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile, rende il tutto ancora più piacevole.

En plein dans le village. L accès est pentu et se fait a pied. Une fois arrivé sur place c est cosy, décoré avec gout et confortable. Le plus c est le jardin a la vue magnifique. Cela donne une experience de la vie dans les villages de la region. Merci

- Logement très propre et bien équipé - Chambre charmante avec roche apparente - Jardin bien entretenu, très agréable, avec vue exceptionnelle - Propriétaire sympathique, accessible et réactive - Localisation appréciable à proximité du centre, du château avec vue sur Castemezzano et du Volo dell'Angelo

- Absence de climatisation malgré l'indication sur Booking (mais présence d'un ventilateur) - Des produits frais et locaux au petit-déjeuner rendraient le séjour parfait - Matelas un peu dur

Great place

Un angolo di paradiso nel cuore delle Dolomiti lucane. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e ha una vista spettacolare, con un giardino terrazza molto curato. L’accoglienza di Anna Maria è stata perfetta. È una persona molto gentile e disponibile.
