Orvieto: Spacious 3BR 3BA apartment with balcony & patio

Great location, plenty of space, and very clean.

The Garden area could use some maintenance. Wasn’t very inviting.

The first thing I want to mention is the artwork and stoneware that were made by the owners. That may be a strange thing to start with, but they were so amazing that I just had to! The owners hand made most of the stoneware dishes that you will use. They were beautiful, plentiful, wonderful quality, and we really wish we could have them in our house! The paintings throughout the apartment were also made by the owners. And just like the pottery, we would gladly have their paintings in our own home. Roberta checked us in and took care of us during our stay. She was kind and helpful and friendly when we would see her around town! The apartment is located right on Corso Cavour so you will hear city life below you. Being so close to all amenities the city has to offer, including a well equipped grocery store nearby, is worth it! There were only a few stairs up to the apartment so it wasn't a chore to leave and come back multiple times a day. There was air conditioning throughout. If you have a pleasant morning, you can open the windows and balcony door to take advantage of cross breezes to help cool and freshen! We loved having a quiet balcony to enjoy. There was a beautiful internal courtyard with a washing machine for our exclusive use. We left the apartment with clean clothes! The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have had in all of the apartments we have rented in Italy (we have stayed in over 20 now). It had every possible tool or sized pan/pot you could need, all the dishes and utensils you could need as well. The beds were large and had good pillows. The couches were comfortable and we had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. There were enough tables to allow us all to do different activities at the same time (work on the computer, board games, drawing or writing, etc. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It greatly added to the enjoyment of Orvieto!

The bathrooms and kitchen were exceptional. Absolutely every possible utensil was available, We had several dinners for eight, just right for the dining table. The location was perfect.

Corso Cavour has much pedestrian traffic, which could get rather noisy in the bedrooms. Easy to ignore, though. The kitchen, as big as some apartments, had no workspace. None!

We travel extensively and this was one of the great properties we have ever booked. Would recommend without reservation. Les Hammond

There was nothing not to like. No complaints.

The location is perfect. The front door to the building is right on the main thoroughfare within Orvieto. Since Orvieto is such a small town, everything is very easily within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment itself is a perfect size for a group of 6 to stay. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with anything you may need during your visit to cook.

We liked everything about this spacious apartment! We stayed with our 2 daughters , their partners, and our 20-month-old grandson. Every time we entered the apartment, he said 'wow". It was actually quite funny. After we put all the precious ceramics out of reach, he ran endless circles in the living room and kitchen. We can fully support everything the previous reviewers have said. On our departure day, we just walked down Corso Cavour and took the funicular down to the train station. There is no need for a taxi if you travel light! We'd come back in a heartbeat!

We would have really appreciated a highchair for the baby. Maybe we should have asked in advance like we did for the cot.

Perfect location in the center of town on Main Street.

Do not try to take taxi at train station. Waited 2 hours and still didn’t show. Take funicular across street up. And half mile or so walk from there.

The apartment was indeed very spatious, the kitchen well equipped, the bathrooms all new, huge and nicely done (however without possibility to lock them ;-)), the furniture all in good condition. Communication with Valerie was very easy and she very friendly and helpful! We would definetely come back! Be aware if travel by car that parking is very difficult in the old center of Orvieto.

The only little thing was that it was here and there still a bit dusty. Other than that perfect!
