"The Worst Experience Ever."

Nothing, they let me check in a very bad mood, and they don't care.

They lied about the price, and they stole or 'took' the money from my card without my permission. I verified an amount of 30 USD and they stole or 'took' 51 USD without any approval by my side, and they refused to cancel or return the amount even after 1 minute, noting that I verified the payment by OTP however they charged an amount not written by them. The host have very bad behavior showing customers stupidity that we don't know the rules, noting that I have experience in booking.com as hotel staff for 7 years and as a client for 3 years user, they try to make you stupid and don't know anything to stole your money, they took amount not the same whike I book it saying that it's cleaning fees. Not confirmed by me. ALSO, THEY PUT and write payment at check-in and card info only to confirm the booking however, they stole 'took' the amount in advance not the same amount + deposit cutten from the card which later they edit their information. Later on, the worst apartment ever, very dirty with photos proof, the wall in the small kitchen are awful and bad, bathroom smelly. Dunno what to say more...... disappointed with these guys whom I'm chatted with in this booking, zero customer service. Also, there is no electricity cable in the room. the lamb between the beds has no electricity cable to light .... and and and
