Relaxing, cozy 1 double room

The family is wonderful, friendly, and kind. They gave us advice about where to buy breakfast, which bus to take to the center, and what to do in Edinburgh. All the advice was spot on! Their personal warmth shone through every detail of the stay. And it's a short walk to the waterfront, which was extra nice.

My son George and I had a fantastic two nights in this house. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of choice for breakfast and the use of the conservatory and garden was much appreciated. This house is perfectly located in a quiet area with 15 minute access to the city centre from a bus service right outside the front door. Plus, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, offering lots of excellent advice for things to do in Edinburgh as well as putting us at ease with their lovely company and interesting conversations. Thank you so much, we will definitely come again, next time we visit Edinburgh!

Madame l’autre personnage des lieux et totalement différente a 1ers vu elle paraissait agréable souriante mais au bout de 2 jours vous voyez plus le même personne…

Ciepły pokoik na piętrze, przytulna , pachnąca pościel i ręczniki, wygodne łóżko , Ania, właścicielka domu była bardzo gościnna , polecała na prawdę fajne miejsca, gdzie można było zjeść niedaleko śniadanie i obiad w bardzo dobrej cenie

Anna the hoste was very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy as was the other facilities. She had a good knowledge of the area and was able to help us with buses so we could easily get to the city. There was a bus stop just outside the house and buses came every 15 minutes. Parking was free. The bed was comfortable and the house was warm. My sister and I had a lovely time and would stay again!

The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The host was so kind, helpful, and easy to get along with. The neighborhood itself was beautiful with fresh air and many busses with stops right outside, able to get into Old Town/New Town within 20-25 minutes from stepping out the door. I had a wonderful stay! Would spend more nights here if I had the time.

She is very ebullient, generous, and caring. from Ben ~Thank you so much Anna! Anna was overly gracious and attentive, but also respectful of space. Everything was clean and could not have asked for a better first night in the Edinburgh area. Public transportation is fantastic and buses pick up from right around the corner. Highly recommend.

the family gave us a really warm welcome, the room had everything we needed, the location of the house is very convenient, the bus stop is right next to it and it takes about half an hour to get to the city center. we loved chatting to the family and we also met their amazing cats! Anna gave us some valuable recommendations about the city.

Está a 25' en autobús del centro de Edimburgo. La habitación es una buhardilla de techos inclinados, habiendo poca altura en alguna zona de la habitación.
