Apartment was very clean and everything was very modern.

Nothing.

Location near the airport.

Because the apartment was modern and hi tech, there were no instructions on how to turn on the heating and hot water, we had to wait until after 10.30pm for a maintenance person to come and turn things on. Frustrating and disappointing. Once everything was up and running, we had no further problems.

There was not penthouse apartment as described, wrong floor described, wrong wifi details, no bins (hygiene violation) cleanness issues, hob working very poorly, no cutting boards provided in the kitchen. No lamp shades in the bedrooms, and handles not fixed to some bedroom doors. Also we had to go and fix heating setting in the middle of the night numerous times. For high amount of charge provided very poor service, very much not worth luxus service…

No hot water, heating or internet. No a penthouse ground floor apartment. Post code in booking. Com for not match address (3 miles of a difference)
