staff were very friendly and gave you notice when they were coming. Housekeeping was done enough times where you didn’t feel like your holiday was being constantly interrupted — very clean, professional and incredibly pleasant

Jenny the property manager is very good. She is very efficient, friendly and helpful. The villa is adorable and in a great location.

The villa is lovely, the bathrooms need a bit of an update but overall we were very happy with our villa

The pool was great but didn’t get much a great deal of direct sun in may/june The beds we’re very comfortable and the host was super lovely

Decor was a bit tired and dated but it was to be painted after our departure

"Great villa in a great location that I would highly recommend!"

The villa was as it appeared in the photos. The beds were very comfortable as were the day bed & chairs. The pool was a lovely temperature & clean. The host was always responsive & lovely to deal with.

"Fifteen years renting Villas this place was the worse."

I was in the same business as you for over thirty years. I would never rent that property as a villa. Kitchen facilities lack basic amenities. No storage for luggage, have to step around luggage to get to the bathroom. I believe if your company took the time to inspect the property before accepting the listing it might be a decent place for someone to rent for a few days. We only stayed for four nights even though we paid in full for thirty nights. I tried speaking to your representative but your security preventing us from speaking to anyone. Obviously you are only interested in your commission.

Great location easily accessible to some great spots in Seminyak. Nice quiet and cosy as soon as you walk in.

Couldn’t work the aircon settings for some reason then the batteries died, would have been nice that’s all.
