The place was decent. Exceptional service from the staff. The generator was a huge plus, especially during times of outages (dumsor)

The property was very modern and beautifully designed. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. There was a light not working in one of the bedrooms. This was repaired first thing in the morning after our check in.

I disliked the fact that the WiFi signal was really poor most of the time, the host did make every effort to assist by switching routers multiple times but this did not fix the problem. There is also no running hot water so you will have to start enjoying cold showers. Be mindful also that there isn’t a washing machine at the property, so if you need clothes washed you either do it by hand or you wear dirty clothes.

The apartment was very spacious, with good air conditioning and fans. Close to supermarket and outdoor market. Comfortable beds, Nice sized kitchen, parking space if needed. Mr Clement, my contact took great care in everything he did And was there if I needed him . But not invasive. Thanks, Mr Clement. Last but not least, lovely family neighbourhood, ( if you engage with them )

No toaster, could do with smart TV, ( which Mr Clement said he is on it) and no hot water in shower ( which also Mr Clement said they are sorting it out. The road outside the accommodation is a little ruff,( but nothing to do with the accommodation in reality, ) All in all nothing i could not deal with. ( HOME FROM HOME) 🏡

I like the fact that the place was super clean and comfortable and quiet. Location, too, was on point,close to Tafo Melcom and Fidelity Bank. Pictures of apartment is as shown Like their quick response to a temporary issue with water supply and a refund for issue encountered 🫡

Road to location was quite bad, but it can be used. Hope it's worked on soon.

This is one of the best apartments in Kumasi i must say two bedroom apartments in Kumasi with a standby generator stepping into the room you’ve full big size living room which spacious area a modern kitchen with a dining space and a clean bathroom the second bedroom has a similar to the master bedroom you should definitely check it out

I would say their road which led you to the apartment it’s a little bit rough road
