The location was perfect.

We didnt like the bed in the first bedrom and the sink drain and shower in the batroom. It was water all over the floor. TV didnt work.

Posizione isolata, molto tranquillo, poco rumore, spiaggia privata ( ingresso in acqua sassoso, possibile dal pontile ).

Loved the layout. The location was perfect for us. The private beach although shingle is well laid out with very asthetic pod beds and plenty of loungers. The views from the apartment were phenomenal at all times of the day! Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The kitchen facilities of a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooker top were great. The huge terrace out front was a great space, we even loved the sound of the bells on the sheep who were let into the field to graze behind the apartment each day and the Cockerell too! It was a very comfortable stay and we have enquired with the owners about how to stay in the other apartments too.

No cleaning products left. Our booking was for 2 weeks. We didn't realise that the facilities wouldn't be serviced during our stay. A cleaner for the toilet and bathroom and kitchen surfaces is essential. We asked but these weren't available so we purchased ourselves from the local Louis supermarket in Kardamena, along with detergent for the washing machine. No change of bedding left for a 2 week stay. Beds consisted of a fitted sheet and a heavy duvet cover. No top sheet. We asked for top sheets but they never came. I later asked the owners for a change of sheets and were advised that this would be €25 so we laundered ourselves. This wasn't an issue, but it would have been good to understand this when booking. As a family of 4 there could have been more outside seating - we had 1 egg chair and 1 wooden chair for the terrace. All other apartments had more seating, some also had loungers. This didn't affect our stay.

We stayed at Privillage in Kardamena — a lovely family-run property with 8–9 apartments, located right by the sea. Every morning we enjoyed the stunning sea view, and in the evenings, the calm atmosphere and shimmering water (yakamoz) made it truly peaceful and relaxing. The property has its own beach and dock, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The water is crystal clear, and you can swim either from the dock or the shore. Even though it’s a small family business, the hosts were very helpful and professional. We had a minor issue in the kitchen, and they fixed it right away. Parking our rental car on-site was also free and easy. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kardamena is quieter than Kos Town. While restaurants and shops aren’t within walking distance, everything is just a short drive away. Watersports are available within walking distance, but the noise doesn’t reach the property at all. The front area of the hotel is perfectly calm — ideal for reading a book or taking an afternoon nap. A peaceful, well-run place to unwind. We’d love to come back!
