USThe location was great! The convenience of being right next to SM Trece makes things really simple for groceries, meet ups and transport. We loved the layout of the room. Having a large platform area above the bed really maximized the space of the small condo apartment and it was also really nice having a full size table to eat at. Our kids loved the pool and playground as well. Everything worked as it should and we had everything we needed.
The SMDC building is showing some wear that is concerning for its age - from discolored paint on the outside of the building, eroded grout and chipping on steps and walkways, to signs of water wear in the bathroom. Most of these (if not all) I don't think are fault of the host, but rather a question of the diligence of the property management company and overall quality of the SMDC building work. None of these would be deal breakers to me, but they were surprising.
