The facility was located in an excellent location, everything was close. Very comfortable mattress and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Tasty Italian breakfast in a cafe a few steps away. Nice and helpful owner, good contact via WhatsApp and easy check-in.

The room equipment was not sufficient - there was a kettle and two small cups, but there was not even a spoon or tea bag (the tea was provided by the owner after reporting). There was a wine opener, but no glass. There was no window - for a two/three-day stay there was no problem - the lighting was pleasant, but if someone plans to stay longer, it may be problematic.
