Doskonała lokalizacja i możliwość samodzielnego zakwaterowania, czystość, gospodarz przekazał wszystkie niezbędne informacje dotyczące zameldowania, pytał czy wszystko ok, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji, restauracji itd,

Brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, brak szklanek do wody, pomieszczenie bardzo małe, praktycznie mieści tylko niezbyt wygodne łóżko, wyposażenie bardzo podstawowe. Z uwagi na brak okna w sypialni, na stałe otwarte okno pod sufitem w łazience- słychać hałas z ulicy ale trzeba się z tym liczyć w ścisłym centrum, Często gospodarze zostawiają powitalną wodę w butelce lub wino, tu były tylko 2 kapsułki do kawy i herbata
