Phòng sạch sẽ gọn gàng luôn luôn mát mẻ

Tủ lạnh hơi dỏm, TV bị khách cũ làm cho bị sọc màn hình nhưng vẫn xem được tạm chấp nhận

Không chấp nhận được. Mình nhận phòng lúc khuya nhưng giao cho phòng cực kỳ tệ. Phòng dơ, giường có cát, máy giặt để một cái khăn còn dơ. Ban công thì la liệt ga giường. Lễ tân nói do mìnb nhận phòng muộn nên quản gia chưa kịp dọn. Trong khi mình đã đặt phòng lúc 7-8h tối mà tới 1h sáng mình mới đến nhận phòng.
