38 Church Street Luxury Flat

It was okay for one night work trip, but the word “luxury” needs removing..: location was perfect for me.. near the place I had to be, next door to shops

Need to check under the sink cupboard.. pan with water and rice in there and stinks, the pan never been cleaned, the floor was dirty.. the sofa bed lol! Very loud the flat above you.. 11-1am bang bang bang…. It o didn’t get described as a luxury apartment I wouldn’t be moaning! It’s basic and standard at its best.

The flat has a very central location, which made it convenient for our stay. Communication before arrival was clear and helpful, with good instructions for accessing the parking and the property. The bedroom at the back of the flat was quiet and comfortable, which worked well for our one-night stay.

The accommodation felt fairly basic rather than luxurious, so a more accurate description might help set expectations for future guests. Cleanliness could also be improved, and a few additional touches would make a noticeable difference, such as providing enough towels and ensuring bedding, blankets, and pillows for the sofa bed are clearly available. The lounge area faces a main road and is quite noisy, making it less suitable for sleeping.

They forget leave me a bottle wine

Says had hottub in advert although it doesn't

Says it has complimentary cereal...all boxes were open and stale

It has been advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed (exactly what we needed my colleague and I) but unfortunately the sofa was a normal 2 seats leather sofa the night was quite uncomfortable
