Skvělá dostupnost do centra a do obchodu, klidná ulice. Snídaně skromné ale dostačující

Fotky na booking jsou odlišné od reality. Na fotkách je to upravené (koberec, závěsy, noční stolek, lustr), realita nás zaskočila. Na zdech plíseň, noční stolek, který vypadal že se brzy rozpadne. Bílá komoda do které se nedalo nic dát, neboť byla rozbita. Nedalo se otevřít ani jedno šuple. Málo místa na odkládaní oblečení, všechno jsme měli na zemi. Koupelna je tragická. Dveře od sprchového kouta nešly zavřít (skla vypadávala).

Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet. Direkt im Zentrum, dennoch ruhig. Die Gemeinschaftsküche wurde durch andere Gäste enorm verschmutzt und so zurückgelassen. Da man bei der Abholung der Schlüssel in der Agentur dafür unterschreiben muss, dass für zurückgelassenen Müll etc. zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen, meldeten wir den Zustand der Küche direkt per WhatsApp an die Agentur. Diese reagierten umgehend darauf und schickten eine Reinigungskraft vorbei. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Auf die dazugehörige Terrasse scheint fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne, man kann sogar das Meer sehen. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Lunch Paket, das jeden Morgen beschriftet für jedes Zimmer in der Gemeinschaftsküche abgestellt wird. Da wir nicht mit einem Frühstück gerechnet haben, war es in Ordnung. Es ist nicht üppig, aber ok (pro Person ein Obst, ein belegtes Brötchen mit Schinken/ Salami, ein Joghurt, Cornflakes, eine Marmelade, ein Trinkpäckchen, ein Teebeutel, ein Päkchen Instantkaffee, ein Päckchen Zucker). Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eignet sich die Unterkunft gut. Für den Preis von etwa 50€/Doppelzimmer/ Nacht (Nebensaison, März) dürfen die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch sein. Es darf nicht mit Luxus gerechnet werden.

Das Bett war sehr hart. An einigen Stellen sollte dringend renoviert werden. So bröselte in unserem Zimmer immer wieder Putz von der Decke bzw. den Wänden. Die Tür zu unserem Bad schliff enorm am Boden und ließ sich nur mit Kraftaufwand öffnen und schließen. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind auch sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden.

It is difficult to write much positive information about the property when compared to all the other properties we stayed in during our trip. However, there was a breakfast provided by delivery to the property which was OK. The location was good but for lack of parking.

Definitely the worst accommodation I have booked either via Booking.com or AirBnb. The property description was misleading, it was a tiny room with peeling paint and barely room to move around the bed. Although it had a 'private' bathroom, it was in a communal space. The kitchen was shared with other guests from 4 other rooms and was very poorly equipped. Often the few items of crockery and cutlery were left unwashed in the sink. If there is sufficient room I will list several more complaints but I would say it was more a hostel or backpackers accommodation than apartment, and even then, not good value for money. So from the start, the key pickup was from a different location which was quite some distance from the property. The staff at the key pickup weren't exactly helpful or welcoming, and in order to obtain the keys I had to sign a form saying I would pay €100 if I lost the keys. I asked about parking and was told luggage drop off was allowed but there was no parking. There was no attempt to show where parking could be found - or map of the location & possible parking. On arrival at the property - which we had assumed to be exclusively ours (as had been the case for the several other properties booked during the trip) we were confronted with a series of un-numbered doors - which turned out to be communal doors to the individual rooms, even then, the numbers on the doors were on tiny white stickers which had taken everyone we spoke to, some time to realise. The 'private' bathroom was difficult to access as the door was sticking and needed a firm push with the foot to open. There was no hot water, even though the next bathroom did have hot water according to the occupants (who offered us the use of their facilities - thus making it a shared bathroom!). The decor and 'furnishings' - I use the term lightly, were dilapidated and tatty, there was not even a chair in the room - nor room to put one.

Sehr sparsame Ausstattung. Zur Küche über den Außenbereich ein Stockwerk tiefer - bei Regen ein Problem...

Pas de chauffage et humidité (séjour en janvier)

A very well-designed space, with minimalist yet comfortable decor. The bed was quite comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm. I enjoyed being able to walk to all the tourist attractions.
