Well priced, comfy beds & bedding which surprised me ! , easy to find. Not in a bad location, everything you need and more is available. The shower was great & my kids loved it. The games is a great touch & the books !

It needs a really good clean of fabrics and skirting boards ext, all inches of the floor spaces. It was clean and tidy but it was in need of a proper fresh up and I’d advise to put something about swimming & the club house in the caravan for your guests.

Van was clean but rug in tv area needs a deep clean Play area for kids adequate pub players inside on for a 3 year old Communication of owner very good

Location backed onto a railway line which we was not aware of trains passing very noisy Van in need of updating double bed lumpy and uncomfortable Tv old with no netflix or tv channels for kids Crockery and cutlery all odds no complete sets
