AEI had a great stay - it’s definitely a nice option for a couple of days. The apartment is spacious, minimalistic, and offers beautiful views from three sides, making sunrises and sunsets really enjoyable. The check-in process was very easy, and everything was clean and well-maintained. While the setup is simple, it’s worth noting that toiletries beyond hand and dish soap aren’t provided, so bringing your own essentials is a good idea. Overall, it’s a lovely and relaxing place to stay!

Finishes and cleaning are a bad joke. Everything was filthy and fool of stains. Apartment poorly isolated, you can hear all the traffic. Also parking is tricky , especially for a larger car.

ILThe apartment was next to a Lidl They tried to fix the major things (internet and closet), however they failed in the overall. Close to Bucharest Zoo and Airport
This is NOT suitable for a longer stay than 1 night We stayed for 13 nights, 50% of the time there was no Wi-Fi, although promised, it took 72 hours to fix it and it went down at least every other day. The apartment is road-facing, so it is very noisy even with the windows shut. The mattress hard as a rock and dirty and squeaks loudly. In addition there was no closet to store cloths although advertised. A closet was installed after we requested it, it took 3-4 hours to install. The apartment was not serviced for quite some time and dirty, the kitchen is not equipped and dirty, the freezer was frozen shut, the curtains were folded in the kitchen cabinet. The washing machine spilled all the water on the floor, 50% of the time. They tried to fix the major things (internet and closet), however they failed in the overall. Before accommodating people, they should make sure the apartment is stay-ready as promised All of this for a "high-end" apartment in an upscale location. I wouldn't stay here for 50% of the price paid.

The property is in poor condition with low build quality. There was no Wi-Fi, and despite reaching out to the host for assistance, we received no response. The property is also for sale, which gives the impression that little care is being taken to maintain it. Additionally, the host requested payment for parking, even though it was advertised as free. They later agreed to waive the fee, claiming they had asked Booking.com to update the listing to reflect paid parking, but Booking.com hadn’t followed through. I find this hard to believe. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
