"Superb"

9.0

The central location is only steps from everything including supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, taverns, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are large and newly finished, a large shower and a private roof. Parking was easy and there was a free private car park in case we couldn't park out front.

There was a lot of noise from people socialising or going about business but closing the balcony doors kept it out.

"Great place to stay in a real town"

Huge, spotlessly clean, well provisioned apartment above a chemist, bakery next door and supermarket two doors down. A parking space is provided behind the building but we always found a spot right outside the front of the building. A buzzy, busy little town. Some great restaurants (Taverna Spitika) and very friendly people. Host Michael was generous and helpful. Close to Heraklion (20 min) and Knossos but out of hubbub. We loved our stay.

"Perfect place"

The apartment was lovely. It has everything you could possibly need. Fabulous location. Great views. Michael is a great host. Fruit bowl and heaps of advice about restaurants and places to visit.
