1. Keys were not at security office when we arrived 2. The form was not sent to Hopewell at the estate to allow us access 3. Could not do facial recognition on Saturday because it was after 5 when we eventually were allowed inside 4. Horrible smell in bathroom, only to find the monkey crap in the shower 5. Room and bathroom was filthy dirty 6. Clothes stank of commit 7. Outside table was full of sticky stuff 8. Bedding did not smell clean 9. Garage parking is hardly fit to park a car inside. It is also miles away 10. Saterdag evening driving out for dinner the gate closes on my back tail of the car, now got a lovely scratch this also due to facial recognition not being able to pick up a face and guard was too late to open 11. Could not go down to the beach untill the next day Sunday after 10 after facial recognition was doen at security office. 12. Remotes for fan did not work either. What are we meant to do with one battery in a remote? 13. Only acceptable thing was the beach view to be honest. Def over priced for what we got this weekend. Would I recommend this exact property to anyone... Not in a million years. Would I book at the estate again, most def yes but not through the company we used. The lady rushed us to pay the breakage deposit and send id copies as a matter of urgency yet only to wait almost 2 hours to get access to her doing her job and sending the forms .

The view was amazing

Needs aircon, needs electrical and general maintenance. The bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. U always need the house keys as the front door locks automatically when its closed as the latch is a bit faulty

Wry close to the sea. And pool . Has washing machine and dryer. Well equipped

Agent doesn’t give clear instructions. Last moment looking for the documents sent 2 month back. Not clear about parking there is 2 units of 19 : upstairs and down. Parking only one. I had topped at the guest side which is far . For my elderly husband was difficult to walk

Beach access.

No communication on parkings, we had the people from above shouting that we're in their parking??? There was nothing available to clean the place for the 4 days, no broom, mop, the washing machine did not work and when communicated the lady who came kept asking but how long are you staying??? The letting agents did not even respond to our question when posed regarding the parking bay, until we phoned.

Very beautiful estate with walking trails, right on the beach and have access to the Thompson Bay Beach. A very quite and relaxing place. Also the best part if you love reading they have a book for everyone.
