Bến Đò Xưa Homestay & Coffee

The homestay is located 10 mins away from Cai Rang Floating Market by foot, and 20 mins away from the city by car. Each cottage houses 2 rooms and is set is a beautiful garden. Toiletries are provided, and each room has a fan and air con. The rooms are bright and cosy and gives off a relaxed vibe. It has a rustic resort feel and the compound has a pool. The staff are helpful and whilst they might not speak English well, they are eager to help. A special call out to Vu who is learning Mandarin Chinese and was happy to practise his Mandarin with us !

The room had alot of mosquitoes and I was busy slapping them. Thankfully didn’t get bitten despite the many mosquitoes. It will be useful to bring mosquito repellant with you. The water from the shower took some time to warm up and was not warm enough for me, but it might be warm enough for others. A suggestion to place a safe in each room for guests to store their valuables.

Der var rotter som løb rundt på grunden. Værelset var fyldt med myg som personalet tog sig af efter vi havde checket ind, kunne de med fordel have gjort inden vi kunne checke ind.

J’ai absolument adoré cet endroit, mieux qu’en photos ! Un petit havre de paix où l’on se sent directement bien. Le personnel a été super sympa. La chambre était super propre et très belle, rien à dire. J’y ai passé 2 nuits mais je serai bien restée une nuit de plus tellement c’était reposant.

Superbe homestay avec de très beaux petits bungalows, la salle de bain est magnifique. Le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner très bon. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied du marché flottant. L’établissement propose des tours mais nous ne les avons pas testés, nous avons préféré y aller par nous-mêmes. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !
