Location was amazing as was the cleanliness of the place.

Would recommend to have a basic welcome gift box with necessities like coffee, sugar and maybe some basic washing essentials like dishwashing soap

The space is big enough for a small family, and the decor and furniture are pretty and good! The room location guided video is a great reference for the guest

The bar is right below the house, the sound of the crowd reveling and music could be heard all night (literally until 7AM morning You need to go through stairs to get to the downtown, which is not suitable for the elderly

Located near the shoping centres and staff very helofulbto enquiries but felt unsafe walking around the apt, having the restaurants below quite noisy at night

The sink and shower were clogged and water did not drain properly

Love the location, close to almost everything.

It doesn't allow early check in. The check in was 3pm and my flight arrived at 11am. I spoke with the staff who insisted that they wouldn't even allow us to drop our luggages, had to hang around town with our luggage till 3pm. We got to the apartment and it wasn't ready, met the cleaner at the door trying to get in. We didn't check in until after 4pm. The house wasn't properly clean. I made a complain to the staffs and they were very dismissive about the whole situation.

Very central location, most attractions within easy walking distance. Family of 4 adults could easily fit in.

Despite informing the people managing the property that I do not understand Spanish, the communication stayed in Spanish so figuring out what to do was tricky.

Nice apartment close to main areas of Madrid. The owner was so gentle to allowed us to check-out one hour extra to avoid traveling and luggage issue with our trip back home.

No coffee, ,soap or any kind of basic higene supplies like toilletries or trash bags.

The location is great in front of a main avenue in Madrid. The view from the apartment very nice, luminous and it has balconies in every window. Well decorated. Enough equipment in the kitchen to spend a few days. The shower runs fine with enough hot water.

Some furniture, carpets and corners need better cleaning. The pillows could be more comfortable.
