"Awful experience, disgusting and not clean."

Ideal location for the wedding venue we were attending.

Lily Suite - rolled up dirty sock found within the bed under the duvet on top of the sheet, clearly showing bedding has not been changed. - piece of tissue/rubbish at side of bed on floor Jasmine Suite - long dark hairs found on towels - stains/marks on the bedding throw Violet Suite - lack of duvet only a thin sheet - hairs found in bedding short hairs - clearly also showing bedding has not been changed. - lots of hairs found in bathroom on flooring showing not cleaned - used toiletries/rubbish left in shower area also showing a lack of cleaning - toilet seat broken - dead insects/spiders found on floor Iris Suite - fake tan stained towels - stains on white duvet sheet - toe nail/nails found on bathroom floor Magnolia Suite - bedside lamp with no access to power point - stain/marks on bedding throw The snug - stain on the sofa Kitchen - bowl of sweets/nerds found in cupboard - plates and cups dirty in cupboard

The house had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. Great beds and pillows. Absolutely perfect after a long day at the NEC. Having each bedroom ensuite is such a bonus and TVs in all rooms is the icing on the cake. We will definitely book again when we return.

Honestly couldn't find anything to fault.
