The location. It is clean, everything is great really.

The apartment needs a little love, very small things that make a big difference. For example the bedroom has floor heating which is great. Termostat works on batteries and batteries were depleted which means that floor heating is on full capacity 40C. The night in the room was very hot, we opened the windows on 0C outside because it was very hot. Do not get me wrong, we absolutely recommend this apartment, it is great and the location is great, we just want to get attention to the owner to check small things on a regular basis and not let small things such as batteries in the thermostat or TV cable diminish people satisfaction.
